New Vertical speed gauge: see how fast you climb or descend, in m/s.

The Gauges menu now has a Vertical group (formerly "VAM") with two gauges: the existing VAM, and a new Vertical speed that shows your climb or descent rate in metres per second, the unit variometers use. Switch to imperial and it reads in ft/min.

It's worked out from your speed and slope, so it works with both GPX and FIT files.
