Reorder gauge layers precisely: Bring to front, Bring forward, Send backward, Send to back.

Right-click a gauge — or an element inside it, like a background or icon — and open the new Layer submenu.

Bring to front and Send to back jump straight to the top or bottom of the stack, like before. Bring forward and Send backward are new: they nudge the layer one position at a time, so you can swap two overlapping gauges without reshuffling everything else above or below them.
